Room #2 – Double Room in the ground floor – One double bed - Rs 4,000
Room #3 – Family Room in the upper floor – Three double beds - Rs 8,000
Room #4 – Triple Room in the upper floor – One double bed and one single bed - Rs 5,000
All guest bedrooms feature the following:
- Antique teak furniture
- En-suite bathroom with hot water
- Private balcony (for bedrooms in the upper floor)
- Electric room heaters (at an additional fee of Rs 1,500 per night)
An electric kettle and an electric iron can be provided on request.
Guests in all rooms have access to a common living area with antique furniture and a balcony in the upstairs.
A small bedroom with one single bed and en suite bathroom with hot water is also available in the upper floor for a maid or a driver. It is given free of charge.
Guest Access
Guests have access to living area, dining area and kitchen in the ground floor, and living area and main balcony in the upper floor. They also have access to the 40 perch (1,012m2) landscaped garden which has fruit trees, flowers, sun loungers, garden chairs and garden swing.

Caretaker
You will experience the warm hospitality of our long-standing, full-time and in-house caretaker who can prepare delicious Sri Lankan meals for you.
Food & Dining
Guests can have the following options:
(a) Our caretaker can prepare delicious Sri Lankan meals for you if you provide or pay for the required provisions.
(b) You can prepare your own meals using our pantry equipped with gas cooker, refrigerator and microwave oven.
(c) We can order meals for you from nearby restaurants known to us.
(d) You can have your meals from restaurants in Diyatalawa town which is only 1km away.
Guests are welcome to use many varieties of fresh vegetables from our organic vegetable plot.
